Before you book

  • The introductory phone call is free and without obligation. You do not choose a time — leave me your number and I will call you back within 48 hours.
  • Online sessions take place on Thursdays 18:00–20:00, Saturdays 14:00–18:00 and Sundays 13:00–17:00 — bookable from 14 days ahead at the earliest. Depending on your choice they last 50 or 100 minutes and are paid in advance; after that the appointment is confirmed.
  • Booking online directly is reserved for people aged 18 and over. For children and adolescents, the legal guardian arranges appointments by phone on +43 664 4190311.
  • The method offered is systemic family therapy. At the start we clarify your concern, whether online treatment is suitable, possible alternatives and what it would mean not to seek treatment. If an online session turns out not to be professionally appropriate, I will cancel the appointment and refund the payment in full.
  • Appointments at the practice in 1060 Vienna are arranged personally by phone.
