How does the insurance refund work?

Doctor’s confirmation
Before therapy starts you obtain a medical confirmation that psychotherapy is necessary for medical reasons, from your GP or a specialist.

Diagnosis of illness value
The insurance refunds only for a mental-health condition of illness value (e.g. a depressive episode, an anxiety or eating disorder). The diagnosis can also be made within the therapy.

Submit & get refunded
You fill in your insurance’s refund form, I add the therapeutic part. Together with my invoice you submit it. The refund is transferred to your bank account.
Some private supplementary insurances cover a larger part of the fee; it is worth checking your policy.

- Cancellations up to 48 hours before the appointment are free of charge. After that the full fee is due; with a medical certificate it is waived.
- Online sessions are booked and paid securely on this website (card, EPS, Klarna). You receive the access link by email before the appointment.

- The language you choose — English, German or Türkçe — changes neither the fee nor the process.
